Senior Officer - TPDD
- To complete defined TPDD assessment processes in defined timelines
- Advise qualification or disqualification based on set parameters
- Solving challenges in process
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks based on reports
- Maintain TPDD Reports: Keep accurate due diligence records
- Governance of TPDD process: Ensure TPDD process is followed as per policy and periodically publish report on any exceptions.
- Ethical Practices: Ensure adherence to group policy and compliance with group guidelines regarding
- conflict of interest and any unethical business practices issued from time to time
- Risk Management: Implement strategies to mitigate TPDD related risks
- Continuous improvement in SOPs and systems to make processes effective
- Managing internal and external stakeholder relations.
- Data analysis and interpretation.
- Prepare periodic presentations in power point on findings.
B Com/ MCOM/ Graduate Engineer/ MBA finance with analytical acumen. Understand financial and compliance framework. Shall have experience of digital way of working.
