• To complete defined TPDD assessment processes in defined timelines
• Advise qualification or disqualification based on set parameters
• Solving challenges in process
• Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks based on reports
• Maintain TPDD Reports: Keep accurate due diligence records
• Governance of TPDD process: Ensure TPDD process is followed as per policy and periodically publish report on any exceptions.
• Ethical Practices: Ensure adherence to group policy and compliance with group guidelines regarding
• conflict of interest and any unethical business practices issued from time to time
• Risk Management: Implement strategies to mitigate TPDD related risks
• Continuous improvement in SOPs and systems to make processes effective
• Managing internal and external stakeholder relations.
• Data analysis and interpretation.
• Prepare periodic presentations in power point on findings.

B Com/ MCOM/ Graduate Engineer/ MBA finance with analytical acumen. Understand financial and compliance framework. Shall have experience of digital way of working.
