Designation :Senior Relationship Manager


  • Responsible for recruiting and managing agents to drive sales through the agency channel.
  • Provide training, motivation, and support to ensure performance targets are met.
  • Monitor agent productivity and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Build strong relationships to promote long-term business growth.


Candidate Profile :


Must be Graduate.

Must have 1+ year of experience in Any insurance sale.

Age Criteria:- 22 to 32.

insurance candidate preference.

BFSI candidates will also be given preference.
