Job Description
Job Title: Relationship Manager / Banca Channel – Life Insurance
Location: Ahmedabad / Surat /Vadodara / Across Gujarat
CTC: ₹3.5 LPA – ₹5 LPA (depending on experience)
Job Summary: The Banca Channel Relationship Manager is responsible for driving life insurance sales through bank branches by building strong relationships with bank staff and ensuring consistent business generation.
- Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch managers and staff
- Generate leads from bank walk-in customers
- Promote and sell life insurance products to bank customers
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- Conduct joint sales calls with bank officials
- Train bank staff on insurance products and sales techniques
- Ensure proper documentation and policy issuance process
- Provide after-sales support and customer service
- Eligibility Criteria
- Age: 21 to 38 years
- Education: Graduation mandatory
- Experience: Minimum 1 years in sales (Insurance / Banking / BFSI preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
