Job Description
- Lead Generation: Proactively find new potential buyers through networking, cold calling, and local area marketing.
- Inquiry Handling: Respond promptly to all digital and telephonic inquiries regarding properties in East Ahmedabad.
- Site Tours: Conduct professional walk-throughs for clients at the Kathwada, Nikol, and Kubadthal project sites.
- Sales Conversion: Guide clients through the buying process and close deals to meet monthly sales targets.
- Negotiation: Manage price discussions and payment plans within company-approved margins.
- Booking Documentation: Collect necessary KYC documents and manage the initial booking paperwork.
- Payment Collection: Follow up with clients for timely installment payments based on construction milestones.
- Construction Monitoring: Visit the three sites daily to track physical progress against the project schedule.
- Reporting: Provide daily/weekly reports to management with photos and videos of construction updates.
- Liaison Work: Coordinate between the sales team and the on-site engineering/contractor teams.
- Site Maintenance: Ensure that the site office, sample house, and approach roads are clean and presentable for visitors.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate, real-time list of available vs. sold units across all three locations.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor projects in the Nikol and Kathwada areas to provide feedback on pricing and amenities.
- Customer Service: Address client queries regarding floor plans, technical specifications, and legal approvals.
- Snagging/Inspection: Conduct a final check of the property before handover to ensure there are no construction defects.
- Possession Handover: Assist in the final legal transfer and physical handover of the keys to the buyer.
- After-Sales Support: Manage grievances or repair requests during the initial move-in period.
- Event Coordination: Organize and manage "Open House" events or site launches to attract large groups of buyers.
- CRM Updates: Log every interaction and site visit detail into the company’s CRM system.
- Compliance: Ensure all site activities and sales pitches adhere to RERA guidelines and local building norms.
