Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven SEO Executive who can manage client projects, lead a team, and improve search engine visibility through advanced SEO strategies, including Website SEO, Local SEO, GEO, and AEO. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills along with hands-on experience in organic and paid marketing.
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage and handle multiple client accounts, ensuring timely delivery and measurable growth
- Lead and coordinate with the internal SEO team for execution of strategies
- Plan and implement Website SEO (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO)
- Perform Local SEO optimization to improve rankings for location-based searches
- Optimize and manage Google Business Profile (GMB) for better local visibility and engagement
- Implement GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies to optimize content for AI-driven search engines and platforms
- Implement AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) techniques to rank content in featured snippets, voice search, and direct answer results
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and comprehensive SEO audits
- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console
- Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions
- Prepare detailed reports and deliver presentations to clients with insights and recommendations
- Communicate effectively with clients, understand their requirements, and provide strategic solutions
- Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience as an SEO Executive or similar role
- Strong understanding of Website SEO, Local SEO, GEO, and AEO
- Hands-on experience with Google Business Profile optimization
- Working knowledge of Google Ads (PPC)
- Good understanding of technical SEO and website performance optimization
- Excellent client handling, convincing, and communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to manage a team and handle multiple projects
- Preferred QualificationsExperience with CMS platforms like WordPress
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website structure
- Certifications in SEO or Google Ads are an advantage
