Server Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and motivated welding service engineer with 1–2 years of experience in welding machine servicing, installation, troubleshooting, and repair. The candidate should have practical knowledge of welding equipment and should be capable of handling onsite and workshop service activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation and commissioning of welding and cutting machines at customer sites.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in welding machines.
• Repair and maintenance of MIG, TIG, ARC, Plasma, and inverter welding machines.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and periodic servicing.
• Attend customer complaints and provide timely technical support.
• Maintain service reports and update service records.
• Coordinate with the sales and technical team for customer support.
• Provide basic operational guidance to customers after installation.
• Ensure proper handling of tools, spare parts, and service equipment.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of welding machine servicing and repairing.
• Understanding of electrical and electronic components.
• Ability to identify faults and rectify machine issues.
• Basic knowledge of industrial welding applications.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Willingness to travel for onsite service work.
