Job Description

Job Title: Service Technician (RO Systems)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Service Technician with experience in RO (Reverse Osmosis) systems. The candidate should have basic electrical knowledge, a valid passport, and a two-wheeler for field service visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, service, and maintain RO water purification systems.
  • Diagnose technical issues and perform necessary repairs.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and ensure optimal system performance.
  • Provide on-site support and demonstrate product usage to customers.
  • Maintain service records and report field activities.

Requirements:

  • Experience in servicing RO systems (mandatory).
  • Basic electrical knowledge.
  • Valid passport.
  • Must own a bike with a valid driving license.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-handling ability.
