Job Description

Greet and attend customers politely in the shop.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.

Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent service.

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Handle billing and basic cash transactions if required.

Maintain cleanliness and proper display of products in the store.

Keep track of stock availability and inform management when stock is low.

Assist in promotional activities and offers.

Resolve basic customer queries and complaints professionally.
