Job Description
Key Responsibili es •
Supervise daily construc on ac vi es at the project site •
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, plans, and specifica ons
• Coordinate with contractors, labourers, engineers, and vendors
• Monitor workforce a endance, produc vity, and discipline
• Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and machinery
• Maintain site safety standards and ensure compliance with safety regula ons • Inspect work quality and report issues or devia ons to the Site Engineer/Project Manager
• Maintain daily progress reports, site logs, and material records
• Coordinate with stores for material requirements and inventory control •
Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth workflow
• Ensure comple on of work within given melines
• Support audits, site visits, and inspec ons by management or authoi tes
