Job Description
KRS:
Create accurate 3D models in Sketch Up from CAD drawings, PDFs, references, and design briefs.
• Model architectural exteriors including residential buildings, commercial spaces, facades, site elements, and landscape context.
• Model interior spaces including furniture layouts and millwork.
• Maintain organized model structure, layers/tags, groups, and components.
• Interpret architectural and interior design drawings with precision.
• Ensure modeling quality, scale accuracy, and deadline adherence.
• Optimize models for rendering efficiency.
Required Skills:
• Strong proficiency in Sketch Up.
• Good understanding of architecture and interior design detailing.
• Ability to read floor plans, elevations, sections, furniture layouts, and construction drawings.
• Knowledge of modeling standards, scene setup, and material assignment basics.
