Position Overview:-

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing strategies. The candidate will be responsible for managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, developing brand growth strategies, and supporting the marketing team during client meetings.

Key Responsibilities-Social Media Management

• Manage and maintain social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
• Schedule, publish, and monitor daily social media posts.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
• Track engagement, reach, and performance metrics.

Content Creation

• Create engaging and creative content including captions, graphics, reels, stories, and videos.
• Develop content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
• Coordinate with designers and content teams to produce high-quality creatives.
• Stay updated with social media trends and incorporate them into content strategies.

Social Media Strategy & Brand Growth

• Develop social media strategies for different brands to increase awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Identify growth opportunities and execute campaigns to improve brand visibility.
• Analyze competitors and market trends to create effective digital strategies.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and suggest improvements.

Account Handling & Posting

• Manage multiple client social media accounts efficiently.
• Plan and execute posting schedules.
• Monitor audience interactions and respond to comments and messages when required.
• Maintain content quality and posting consistency.

Client Coordination

• Assist the marketing team during client meetings in Ahmedabad.
• Participate in in-person client meetings to understand business requirements and present social media ideas.
• Coordinate with clients regarding content approvals and campaign updates.
• Build positive client relationships and provide timely support.

Team Support

• Collaborate with designers, content writers, and marketing teams.
• Assist in campaign planning and execution.
• Contribute innovative ideas for content and marketing activities.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Creative thinking and content creation skills.
• Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and social media scheduling tools.
• Basic understanding of graphic design and video editing tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to attend client meetings within Ahmedabad.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
• 6 months-1 year of experience(Minimum) in social media marketing or digital marketing preferred.
• Freshers with strong social media knowledge and creative skills may also apply.
