Social Media Marketing Executive (Real Estate)

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow K3 Vision’s presence across all major platforms. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, building community, and driving brand awareness through social channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Content Creation: Plan, create, and schedule daily posts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube

- Strategy: Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals and trends

- Design & Copy: Create reels, static posts, stories, and captions using Canva/Adobe/Photoshop

- Community Management: Respond to comments, DMs, and engage with followers within 24 hours

- Analytics: Track key metrics like reach, engagement, follower growth, and CTR. Share weekly reports

- Campaigns: Plan and execute paid + organic campaigns for product launches, events, and promotions

- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with platform algorithms, trends, audio, and competitor activity

- Collaboration: Coordinate with design, sales, and operations teams for content requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1-3 years experience in social media management in real estate

- Strong portfolio of social media accounts handled

- Proficient in Canva, CapCut/InShot, Meta Business Suite, and basic video editing

- Excellent written English + [Gujarati/Hindi if needed]

- Understanding of SEO, hashtags, and social media algorithms

- Knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Analytics is a plus

- Creative mindset with attention to detail
