Job SummaryJamin24 is looking for a creative and execution-focused Social Media Manager who can build one of Gujarat's strongest real estate brands. The role focuses on creating viral content, increasing followers, generating qualified buyer leads, and maintaining a strong brand presence across all social platforms.

• Key ResponsibilitiesContent PlanningCreate a monthly content calendar.
• Plan daily Reels, Stories, Posts, and Carousels.
• Develop educational, entertaining, and promotional content.
• Research trending topics, hooks, and viral formats.
• Social Media ManagementManage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Channels, and Google Business Profile.
• Publish content consistently.
• Reply to comments and direct messages.
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
• Video ProductionCoordinate with videographers and editors.
• Write reel scripts and captions.
• Plan drone shoots, property shoots, and customer testimonial videos.
• Ensure every property is presented professionally.
• Growth & MarketingIncrease followers organically.
• Generate qualified buyer and seller leads.
• Work with the sales team on campaigns.
• Plan giveaways, collaborations, and influencer campaigns.
• Monitor competitors and market trends.
• Paid CampaignsPlan and manage Meta Ads.

• Strong copywriting and caption-writing skills.
• Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT.
• Understanding of social media algorithms and analytics.
• Preferred Experience1–3 years in Social Media Marketing.
• Real Estate or Property Marketing experience preferred.
• Experience running Meta Ads is an advantage. Social media managers are commonly expected to handle content strategy, campaigns, analytics, and community management.
