Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Software Support Engineer to provide technical support for web applications and desktop software. The candidate will be responsible for software installation, troubleshooting issues, and providing support to clients through telephone and remote assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure desktop and web-based applications.
- Diagnose and resolve software-related issues.
- Provide technical support to clients via telephone and remote support tools.
- Handle service support calls and respond within defined timelines.
- Guide clients step-by-step to resolve technical problems.
- Maintain support tickets and update issue status in the system.
- Coordinate with the development team for complex technical issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely resolution.
