Job Description:

The candidate will be responsible for software installation, troubleshooting issues, and providing support to clients through telephone and remote assistance.

• Install and configure desktop and web-based applications.
• Diagnose and resolve software-related issues.
• Provide technical support to clients via telephone and remote support tools.
• Handle service support calls and respond within defined timelines.
• Guide clients step-by-step to resolve technical problems.
• Maintain support tickets and update issue status in the system.
• Coordinate with the development team for complex technical issues.
