Job Description

  • Provide technical support to customers, clients, and installation teams via call, email, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to solar panels, inverters, batteries, SCADA, and monitoring systems.
  • Assist clients in system commissioning, configuration, and remote troubleshooting.
  • Monitor solar plant performance and identify technical faults or generation issues.
  • Coordinate with service engineers and technical teams for issue escalation and resolution.
  • Maintain records of customer complaints, service requests, and resolutions.
  • Guide customers regarding system operations, maintenance, and best practices.
  • Prepare technical reports, support documents, and service updates.
  • Ensure timely closure of support tickets and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with latest solar technologies and products.
