Job Description

- Drive daily showroom sales and achieve monthly sales targets

- Convert walk-in customer enquiries into billable sales

- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable KisanKraft products

- Upsell and cross-sell accessories, consumables, and related products

- Generate repeat business and customer referrals - Build relationships with farmers, contractors, gardeners, landscapers, hardware buyers, and local institutions

- Maintain strong product knowledge across all KisanKraft categories
