Job Description
Job Summary:
The Department Manager will oversee the operations of the assigned department, ensuring achievement of sales targets, smooth workflow, stock management, and excellent customer service. The role involves supervising departmental staff, implementing operational strategies, and maintaining merchandising and display standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Drive departmental sales and achieve monthly targets.
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle escalations.
· Maintain stock levels, merchandising standards, and accurate pricing.
· Supervise and guide departmental staff, including scheduling, task allocation, and training.
· Prepare sales reports and assist in inventory audits.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Minimum 3 years of sales experience in retail or FMCG.
· Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and POS systems.
· Graduation preferred.
