Job Description

A Structural Engineer is responsible for designing, analyzing, and ensuring the safety and stability of structures such as buildings, bridges, towers, and other infrastructure. Their role combines technical expertise, problem-solving, and collaboration with architects and construction teams.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesDesign structural systems for buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure
  • Analyze loads, stresses, and materials using principles of Structural Engineering
  • Prepare detailed drawings, calculations, and specifications
  • Ensure structures comply with local building codes and safety regulations
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress
  • Identify and solve structural issues or design flaws
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers

Use design and analysis software such as AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, and ETABS
