Team Leader - Operations

Role & responsibilities

·      Lead, manage, and motivate the tele-calling team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets

·      Monitor calls and provide feedback to improve performance and conversion rates

·      Develop and implement effective calling strategies and scripts

·      Train and mentor new and existing team members

·      Track team performance using KPIs and prepare regular reports

·      Handle escalated customer queries and ensure proper resolution

·      Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams for lead generation and follow-ups

·      Ensure discipline, attendance, and productivity within the team

·      Achieve the monthly team target given by the management
