Team Member-Value Engineering and Innovation

Process Flow Documentation and Standardization:
Assist in collecting and mapping detailed process flows for projects in power generation, solar manufacturing, and wind operations across different BUs.
Help document deviations, redundancies, and inefficiencies in current process designs to support standardization efforts.

Pilot Program Execution Support:
Provide on-ground or virtual support during pilot implementation of new process technologies, assisting in tracking performance metrics and recording technical challenges.
Prepare documentation packs summarizing objectives, outcomes, and recommendations from each pilot.

Data Gathering and Performance Analysis:
Collect technical, commercial, and operational data to support the Lead in evaluating process alternatives using cost, throughput, energy, and quality criteria.
Conduct initial analysis and tabulate findings for comparison across process variants.

Design Interface and Drawing Management:
Coordinate with consultants and vendors to manage the flow of process drawings, P&IDs, and equipment layouts during design evaluations.
Maintain version control and document feedback from technical reviews.

Collaboration with BU Teams:
Act as an interface with BU process engineers and planners to obtain ground-level insights and clarify technical requirements.
Help communicate proposed changes and gather implementation feedback.

Digitalization Initiatives:
Assist in the evaluation and testing of digital tools related to process monitoring, simulation, and optimization.
Document user experiences and potential scalability of digital solutions for process design and control.

Learning and Capability Development:
Participate in skill-building programs focused on process engineering tools, lean design principles, and process lifecycle management.
Maintain personal logs of learning and field experience for use in future projects and peer training sessions.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical / Mechanical / Process Engineering

Work Experience:
7+ years of experience in process documentation, pilot implementation, or manufacturing operations
Exposure to plant processes, quality audits, or process simulation tools preferred
Experience in process workflow mapping and vendor coordination is beneficial
