Job Description
Job SummaryWe are looking for a customer-oriented and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, explaining our products or services, and driving sales or scheduling appointments.
- Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound & Inbound Calling: Initiate contact with potential customers using given databases to pitch products or services.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify customer needs, answer questions, and guide prospects through the sales pipeline to close deals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and build strong, long-term relationships.
- Data Management: Accurately update and maintain customer records, call logs, and sales details in the CRM or database system.
- Feedback Collection: Gather valuable feedback from customers regarding products or services and share it with the management team.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call volume and sales targets.
