Job Description

We are looking for dynamic Telecallers to handle customer interactions, generate leads, and support sales activities. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential and existing customers, explaining our jewelry products, and maintaining strong client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
  • Explain product details (gold, silver, jewelry items)
  • Generate leads and follow up on inquiries
  • Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
  • Maintain call records and update CRM systems
  • Coordinate with sales and dispatch teams
