Job Description
- Customer Interaction: Greet customers, understand their needs, answer questions, and offer solutions.
- Order Processing: Take orders, process payments (cash, card, etc.), and manage transactions efficiently.
- Sales & Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, build relationships, and upsell/cross-sell products.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock products, and maintain a clean and organized sales counter.
- Sales Targets: Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide solutions.
- Collaboration: Work with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
