Job Description – Real Estate TelecallerLocation: Ahmedabad

Experience: 0–2 Years

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential buyers and property leads.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
  • Follow up with interested and existing leads.
  • Schedule property site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
  • Maintain proper lead and customer data in CRM/Excel.
  • Convert enquiries into qualified leads and site visits.
  • Achieve monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.
  • RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
  • Confident and polite on calls.
  • Basic knowledge of real estate preferred.
  • Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
  • Hindi/Gujarati/English communication preferred.
