Job SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships. Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
• Explain products/services and answer customer queries.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Follow up with interested customers and schedule appointments if required.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain a positive and customer-focused approach during all interactions.
• Required SkillsGood verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional language.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a target-driven environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to grow.
• Preferred QualificationsFreshers are welcome.
• Prior telecalling, customer service, or sales internship experience will be an added advantage.
