Job Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
  • Provide accurate information about room categories, packages, pricing, amenities, and ongoing offers.
  • Follow up on booking inquiries and convert leads into confirmed reservations.
  • Address guest questions, complaints, and service requests, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Confirm bookings, process modifications and cancellations, and send booking confirmations.
  • Achieve call quality, guest satisfaction, and booking conversion targets.
  • Maintain confidentiality of guest information and comply with company policies.
