Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Tele Caller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve calling targets effectively.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain and update customer databases and call records.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with internal departments for customer support and issue resolution.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 1 year of experience in Tele Calling, Tele Sales, or Customer Support.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM handling).
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and teamwork skills.
- Preferred Candidate ProfileGood listening and interpersonal skills.
