• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

• Maintain and update customer databases and call records.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.

• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 1 year of experience in Tele Calling, Tele Sales, or Customer Support.
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
