Job Description
Job Title: Telecalling Executive (Female Only)
Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Female Telecalling Executive to join our team in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, generating leads, and ensuring effective communication with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services
- Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries
- Generate leads and schedule follow-ups or appointments
- Maintain and update customer records in the system
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Requirements:
- Only female candidates are preferred
- Good communication skills in Hindi and/or Gujarati (basic English is a plus)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer support is preferred
