Job Description
What You'll Do
- Call property owners, builders, and brokers to verify property availability and details
- Collect and update property information (location, size, price, status) accurately in our system
- Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with contacts
- Handle inbound queries from brokers on the platform
- Coordinate with the operations team to flag discrepancies or updates
- Maintain call logs and daily reports
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi (English is a plus)
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable making 80–100 calls per day
- Basic computer/smartphone literacy
- Prior experience in telecalling, real estate, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory
- Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn
