Job Title: Telecalling Executive
Location: Vatva, Ahmedabad
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Job Description:
We are hiring enthusiastic and dedicated Telecalling Executives for our office in Batwa, Ahmedabad. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Candidates who are genuinely looking for a job and are ready to join immediately are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries
- Generate leads and maintain customer records
- Follow up with interested candidates/customers
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Requirements:
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication skills (Hindi/Gujarati; basic English is a plus)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
