📝 Job Overview: Hiring Telecaller Executives for IT software product sales and lead handling. Candidate will be responsible for lead generation, lead nurturing, customer guidance, and product explanation over calls. / 📝 જોબ ઓવરવ્યૂ: IT સોફ્ટવેર પ્રોડક્ટ સેલ્સ અને લીડ હેન્ડલિંગ માટે ટેલીકોલર એક્ઝિક્યુટિવની ભરતી. ઉમેદવાર લીડ જનરેશન, લીડ નર્ચરિંગ, કસ્ટમર ગાઈડન્સ અને કોલ દ્વારા પ્રોડક્ટ સમજાવવાની જવાબદારી સંભાળશે.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound and inbound calling / આઉટબાઉન્ડ અને ઇનબાઉન્ડ કોલ હેન્ડલ કરવી

• Explain IT software products to clients / ક્લાયન્ટને IT સોફ્ટવેર પ્રોડક્ટ સમજાવવી

• Generate and nurture leads / લીડ જનરેટ અને નર્ચર કરવી

• Follow up with interested customers / રસ ધરાવતા ગ્રાહકો સાથે ફોલો-અપ કરવું

• Convert leads into business opportunities / લીડને બિઝનેસ તકમાં કન્વર્ટ કરવી

• Maintain customer records and call updates / ગ્રાહક રેકોર્ડ અને કોલ અપડેટ જાળવવું

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1 Year experience required in telecalling/telesales / ટેલીકોલિંગ અથવા ટેલીસેલ્સમાં ઓછામાં ઓછો 1 વર્ષનો અનુભવ જરૂરી

• 12th Pass candidates can also apply / 12 પાસ ઉમેદવારો પણ અરજી કરી શકે છે
