Job Title: Tele Sales Executive – Agri Organic Products
Location: [Ahmedabad / Makarba]
Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Tele Sales Executive to promote and sell our organic agriculture products. The role involves connecting with potential customers, explaining product benefits, and converting leads into sales through outbound and inbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing of organic agriculture products
Convert leads into successful sales and achieve monthly targets
Maintain and update customer database in CRM/Excel
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
Follow up with interested customers to close sales
Coordinate with the field sales and marketing team for lead support
Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
Key Skills Required:
Good communication skills (Hindi, English, Gujarati preferred)
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of sales and telecalling processes
Ability to handle rejection and work under targets
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any field
Prior experience in tele sales, telecalling, or customer support is preferred
Preferred Experience:
Experience in agriculture products, FMCG, or B2C sales
Experience in calling rural or semi-urban customer base is an added advantage
KPIs / Performance Metrics:
Daily call volume
Lead conversion rate
Monthly sales target achievement
Customer follow-up effectiveness
