Job Description
- About the Role: Join Policy Portal as a high-energy Telecaller focused on connecting clients with the best insurance and financial protection products in the market.
- Key Responsibilities: Engage potential customers through outbound calls to explain policy benefits, handle objections, and schedule follow-up appointments.
- Lead Management: Maintain a clean database by updating lead statuses and ensuring timely follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Performance Targets: Meet and exceed daily call volume requirements and monthly sales conversion goals to maximize your earning potential.
- Required Skills: Excellent verbal communication in English and regional languages, a persuasive personality, and the ability to handle rejection with a positive attitude.
- Experience Level: Open to both freshers with high energy and experienced sales professionals looking for a fast-paced FinTech environment.
