Job Description
✔️ Call customers from the provided database and assist them with loan-related information.
✔️ Schedule customer appointments and coordinate with the field team.
✔️ Follow up with customers for document collection and application updates.
✔️ Maintain customer records and track application status.
✔️ Ensure smooth processing of loan files through regular follow-ups.
✔️ Provide excellent customer support over calls.
✔️ Achieve daily productivity and appointment targets.
✔️ Attend team meetings and follow company processes
