Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain loan products and their features clearly.
- Generate and qualify leads for Business Loans, Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Machinery Loans, MSME Loans, Working Capital Finance, and Unsecured OD.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
- Collect and verify basic customer information and required documents.
- Follow up with interested customers until the application process is completed.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and the internal processing team.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Required QualificationsMinimum 12th Pass or Graduate (preferred).
- Experience in telesales, telecalling, customer service, or loan sales is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong negotiation and customer handling abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Email).
- Ability to work under sales targets.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
