Job Description
Make 50–60 outbound calls per day to farmer leads and dealer prospects across India
Qualify leads and move them from cold to hot through consistent follow-up
Explain product features of our machinery range in Gujarati and Hindi clearly and confidently
Update call records and lead status daily in the CRM
Attend daily sales review meeting with senior and report call outcomes
Coordinate handoff of hot leads to the senior sales team for closure
