Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calling potential industrial clients to introduce our machinery products.
  • Following up on leads generated through online portals and marketing.
  • Coordinating with dealers (Pan-India) regarding orders and stock.
  • Scheduling appointments for the Field Sales team with interested clients.
  • Maintaining a database of client interactions and feedback in Excel/CRM.



Requirements:

  • Experience: 1 year to 5 years in Tele-calling or Sales.
  • Skills: Clear speaking voice, polite phone etiquette, and strong convincing skills.
  • Tech: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp Business.
  • Languages: Fluency in Hindi and Gujarati. Basic English is a plus.
