Telesales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to generate sales over the phone by contacting potential and existing customers. The role involves understanding customer needs, promoting products/services, and closing sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Explain products/services and answer customer questions
• Generate leads and convert them into sales
• Follow up on inquiries and maintain a sales pipeline
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in CRM
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Handle customer objections effectively
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve conversion rates
• RequirementsProven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role (preferred)
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools, MS Excel, etc.)
• Fluency in [English/Hindi/Regional language]
