Job Description
Royal Tint is a growing brand in premium glass and surface solutions, specializing in Switchable Film, Switchable Glass, PPF, and architectural products. We work in a B2B segment with dealers, architects, and corporate clients across India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to generate leads and set appointments
- Follow up with existing and potential clients
- Support the sales team with qualified leads
- Maintain data and update leads in CRM (Zoho CRM)
- Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant products
- Coordinate with field sales team for closures
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in telecalling or inside sales
- Good communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and basic English
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and target-based work
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
