Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Call customers and remind them about car service due dates
  • Handle customer queries politely on call
  • Explain service packages and AMC plans
  • Cross-sell AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) services
  • Maintain customer records and follow-up details
  • Coordinate with service team when required
  • Candidate Requirements:12th Pass / Graduate can apply
  • Good communication skills
  • Must know Regional Language + Hindi + Basic English
  • Basic computer knowledge required
  • Friendly and customer-support attitude
  • Experience in calling/customer support is a plus
