Job Description
Position: Telecaller / Sales Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Call potential customers and generate leads for Laser Marking Machines.
- Explain machine features, benefits, and applications to customers.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
- Maintain customer database and update call records.
- Coordinate with sales team for customer requirements and meetings.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide product details.
- Build strong customer relationships for repeat business.
- Achieve sales targets and daily calling goals.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email).
- Experience in telecalling / sales preferred.
- Ability to convince customers and close deals.
- Knowledge of industrial machines is a plus.
