Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Used Car Loan Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating used car loan business through two channels:


1. Branch Banking Channel

• Coordinate with bank branches for lead generation and customer acquisition.

• Build strong relationships with branch staff.

• Convert leads into successful loan disbursements.


2. Connector / DSA Channel

• Develop and manage relationships with car dealers, connectors, and DSAs.

• Generate quality used car loan leads.

• Achieve monthly sales targets.


Responsibilities:

• Handle complete loan sales process from lead generation to disbursement.

• Maintain good customer and partner relationships.

• Ensure documentation and process compliance.

• Meet assigned business targets.


Requirements:

• Experience in used car loan / auto loan sales preferred.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to build relationships with branches and external partners.

• Target-oriented approach.
