Job Description

Oversee preparation of visa applications including employer-

sponsored and other migration categories.

Supervise and manage visa processing staff across branches.

Allocate work, monitor productivity, and track application

progress.

Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with Australian

migration regulations.

Prepare and Review AMSR, GNP, LMT and other supporting

documents before final submission.

Maintain internal case tracking systems and meet lodgement

deadlines.

Coordinate with senior management for complex matters.

Implement and improve workflow processes and quality

standards.

Assist the Migration Agent in preparing and submitting migration

applications to relevant authorities.

Organize and manage all documentation required for migration
