Job Description

Ice Cream Parlour Team Member - Join Our Fun Team! 🍦Are you friendly, energetic, and love making people smile? We're looking for a dedicated team member to help us serve delicious ice cream and treats!

Your Main Role:Your job is to provide excellent customer service and help with the daily running of the parlour. You'll be the friendly face who makes our customers happy!

  • What You'll Do:Serve Customers: Greet everyone with a smile, take orders accurately, suggest items (like new flavours or specials), and handle the cash register/payments.
  • Prepare Treats: Make and serve ice creams, sundaes, milkshakes, and other menu items following our recipes.
  • Keep It Clean: Make sure the serving area, counters, and utensils are always clean and hygienic. You'll follow food safety rules and keep your work area tidy.
  • Teamwork: Help your co-workers, especially when it's busy, and follow instructions from the manager.
  • Stock Check: Keep an eye on the ice cream and ingredients and tell the manager when things are running low.
