Warehouse Executive

Role OverviewWe are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee our IT hardware distribution facility. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound shipments, driving daily order processing and packaging, enforcing First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory controls, and coordinating nation-wide deliveries. The ideal candidate will bring operational discipline to keep our warehouse structured, secure, and running smoothly.

• Key Responsibilities1. Inbound & Outbound Logistics ManagementInbound Shipments: Coordinate, receive, and inspect incoming shipments of IT hardware from manufacturers and suppliers. Verify physical stock against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Daily Dispatch Preparation: Plan, stage, and prepare outbound shipments for daily dispatch, adhering to strict carrier cut-off times.
• Nationwide Delivery Tracking: Partner with national courier services and freight vendors to ensure prompt, trackable, and safe deliveries across the country.
• 2. Inventory Management & Material RotationFIFO Compliance: Enforce First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory practices to ensure older stock (models, older batches, or refurbished units) is allocated and sold before newer shipments.
• Stock Audits: Conduct routine cycle counts and physical inventory audits to maintain high stock accuracy and minimize shrink/loss.
• Serial Number Tracking: Maintain strict tracking of hardware serial numbers for both incoming receipts and outgoing sales to support warranty and return processes.
• 3. Packaging & Quality ControlDaily Packaging: Oversee the safe packaging of delicate, high-value IT equipment (e.g., servers, networking gear, laptops, components) using proper protective materials.
• Damage Prevention: Ensure all outgoing packages meet transit safety standards to prevent transit-related hardware damage.
