Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth by generating leads, developing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and negotiation skills and be passionate about sales.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals.

Meet potential customers and present company products/services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.

Submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely service delivery.
