CTC:₹2.90 LPA – ₹4.00 LPA + Attractive Incentives + Performance Bonuses
Job Type:Full-Time | Field Sales
- Experience Required:Minimum 6 Months of Field Sales Experience
- Experience in Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Banking, CASA, Loans, Mutual Funds, NBFC, Telecom, FMCG, or Direct Sales preferred.
- Qualification:Graduate in Any Discipline
- Job Responsibilities:Recruit and onboard Insurance Advisors/Agents.
- Develop and manage a productive advisor network.
- Generate life insurance business through the agency channel.
- Conduct regular field visits and customer meetings.
- Train and motivate advisors to achieve sales targets.
- Support advisors in lead generation and policy conversion.
- Build strong relationships with customers and advisors.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and annual business targets.
- Conduct local marketing and business development activities.
- Maintain sales reports and business compliance.
