Teacher / Centre Head

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and dynamic Teacher / Centre Head to lead and manage the overall operations of the preschool. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality education, smooth administration, staff management, and admission growth.

Academic Leadership

• Oversee curriculum planning and classroom activities.
• Ensure high standards of teaching and child development.
• Monitor lesson plans, assessments, and student progress.
• Conduct teacher training and classroom observations.

Administration & Operations

• Manage day-to-day school operations efficiently.
• Maintain student records, attendance, and fee tracking.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and discipline in the school.
• Coordinate transport and facility management.

Admissions & Marketing

• Drive admissions and achieve enrollment targets.
• Handle parent counseling and school visits.
• Plan local marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
• Manage social media and community outreach programs.

Parent Relationship Management

• Build strong relationships with parents and guardians.
• Address parent queries and concerns professionally.
• Organize PTMs, celebrations, and engagement activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

✔ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education, Management, or related field

✔ Experience in preschool/school management preferred

✔ Strong communication and leadership skills

✔ Good knowledge of admissions and marketing strategies

✔ Ability to manage staff and operations effectively

✔ Passion for child education and development
