Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced College Admission Lead / Manager to manage and streamline the entire admission process, lead the admissions team, and drive new student enrollments for academic and vocational programs.
Key Responsibilities:
*Ensure the college admission process runs smoothly and efficiently
*Lead, guide, and support the admissions team to achieve targets
*Monitor and verify student payments, fees, and related documentation
*Motivate the team to generate new admissions and meet enrollment goals
*Manage admissions for vocational and skill-based courses
*Track admission performance, prepare reports, and maintain MIS
*Coordinate with management and academic departments for timely updates
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in college or institute admissions management
*Strong team leadership and people management skills
*Hands-on experience with payment tracking and admission documentation
*Excellent communication and coordination skills
*Target-oriented and result-driven approach
*Experience in managing vocational courses will be an added advantage
