Restaurant Manager – Umami Restaurant

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, including dine-in, takeaway, delivery, kitchen coordination, staff management, customer service, inventory control, and overall operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in restaurant operations, and the ability to manage service standards, staff discipline, sales targets, hygiene compliance, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily restaurant operations
• Supervise service and kitchen coordination
• Handle staff scheduling, discipline, and training
• Monitor inventory, wastage, and stock control
• Ensure smooth customer service and complaint handling
• Oversee billing, cash handling, and closing reports
• Maintain hygiene and operational SOPs
• Drive sales and improve guest experience

Requirements:

• 3–5 years experience in restaurant management
• Strong operational and team management skills
• Knowledge of POS systems and inventory handling
• Ability to work under pressure and manage floor operations
• Experience in casual or premium dining preferred
